Shipping

All oparcels are charged at $5. Orders are shipped via EMS. This service usually takes 7-14 business days. 

In some cases the recipient's country may require customs duties or extra delivery fees. Extra charges are the duty of the recipient and are not covered by Mrdqup.

When will my order ship?

All Orders typically ship within 48-72 business hours once the order has been placed. Orders ship Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once the order has shipped from the warehouse. Once the package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, it is out of our control. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Can I make changes to my order?

In our attempt to process and ship your order as fast as possible, in most cases orders cannot be changed or cancelled after they are placed. This includeds but is not limited to shipping methods, shipping address, payment methods and item changes.

Cancellation

An end user may cancel an order within 24 hours after placing it. No cancellations beyond 24 hours will be entertained barring extenuating circumstances (i.e. National Holiday). A canceled order will result in a credit to the user credit card/account.

We shall not be able to process the cancellation if the order/orders are processed. Store credit will be provided against the cancellation of an order. for further assistant contact support@mrdqup.com.
